Victoria Palace Hotel is located in Gallipoli, Italy. Elegant structure in its Mediterranean character strongly accentuated by the inner courtyard. Opened in 2004 and later enlarged and renovated in 2011, is now able to offer indoor and outdoor spaces wider including a large dining room, a spa and Mediterranean gardens with new swimming pool with opening scheduled for December 2012. The Hotel offers its guests with elegant accommodation. The comfort rooms are all with balcony and more space while the standard rooms are more intimate with window or balcony. The restaurant's menu includes dishes that make particular reference to the tradition of Salento and production at km 0 with strong attention to health through a plate of well-being provided on the menu every day.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
