Virgin Hotels New York claimt een belang op 1227 Broadway in de wijk NoMad in Manhattan. Het hotel met 38 verdiepingen zal beschikken over 460 kamers en verschillende conceptsuites, een zwembad en bar op het dak, talloze eetruimtes en twee verdiepingen met luxe winkels.
