Facility Restrictions
YMCA of the Rockies is unique compared to traditional hotels and conference centers. We offer a variety of lodge rooms, cabins, and retreat-style accommodations that do not always align with standard hotel room categories (such as suites or king rooms). Likewise, our flexible meeting spaces range widely in size and layout. We encourage planners to connect with us directly for customized sleeping room and meeting space recommendations tailored to your group’s needs.
Cancellation Policy
If the Event must be cancelled entirely, certain fees and/or forfeitures apply. A Contract cancellation schedule will be provided to Pact at contract. • Cancellations 6 months or more prior to arrival: Forfeit 30% of deposit. • Cancellations between 6 and 4 months prior to arrival: Forfeit 100% of the deposit. • Cancellations within 4 months of arrival: Group will be responsible for the full cost of all contracted lodge rooms. Additionally, the group’s full deposit will be forfeited and applied toward that total amount due. • Cancellations within 2 months of arrival: Group will be responsible for the full payment of all contracted lodge rooms, meals, and meeting spaces. Furthermore, the groups full deposit will be forfeited and applied toward the outstanding balance for all contracted services.
