The award comes as a result of guest ratings in the recently released J.D. Power 2015 North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index StudySM. The Hyatt Place brand received the highest ranking in the study, which looked at the following factors: reservation; check-in/check-out; guestroom; food and beverage; hotel services; hotel facilities; and cost and fees. Hyatt Place, a brand inspired by the 24/7 lifestyle of multitasking travelers, led the upscale category with 847 points, scoring 14 points higher than the upscale segment average.
