取消政策

即使由于CKI以外的原因未举办活动，也应支付房间租金。如果有关房舍可以在约定的日期全部或部分租给他人，则租金应按CKI获得的金额减少。 对于在活动开始前 6-10 天取消预订，餐饮费用（不含饮料）应按预期营业额的50％支付；如果取消时间少于五天，则按100％支付。 此外，对于每次取消，都必须向CKI报销其通过预订产生的费用。 如果在活动计划期间出现过高的管理成本，则允许CKI根据其员工的小时费率自行决定收取额外费用。 如果在提供商定设施后要求进行任何重新安排，CKI有权按每小时工资为其雇员获得报酬，以及由此产生的任何其他费用。
