About us

Kunsten Museum of Modern Art Aalborg is located at Aalborg. The museum is designed to blend in with its natural surroundings. The total area is approx. 6000 sq. meter on the ground floor is the central hall together with an adjoining sculpture hall. The café is situated on the lower ground floor overlooking the sculpture park. In 1994 Poul Gernes decorated the walls of the café. The café can cater for parties of up to 75 for a sit-down meal and 150 for receptions, also outside of normal opening hours.
