Cancellation Policy

Normal Periods: No cancellation fee applies in case booking is cancelled 24 hours prior to the day of arrival, otherwise one night will be charged. In case of NO SHOW, one night will be charged to company account.

Booking Guarantee: Booking has to be guaranteed by either cash or credit card If the company has the credit facility with us, LPO to be received prior to the guest arrival (companies email are also to be considered as LPO) which will able to guarantee the booking. Check In & Check Out policy: Check in time is 14:00hrs and check out time is 12:00 hrs. Early arrivals prior 14:00hrs should be booked a day earlier to guarantee the room. (one night charge will apply) Late Checkout is subject to availability. Any check out up to 6 pm, an extra 50% charge of the room rate will be applied while full day charge will be applied after 6pm.
