Hotel Villa Athena is situated within the Archaeological Park of the Valley of the Temples, which UNESCO has declared a world heritage site. Villa Athena stands only two hundred metres from the Temple of Concordia, a true masterpiece of Doric art dating back to the 5th century B.C. Here can be found a Sicily which goes back millennia. The hotel’s recent restoration has renovated every environment, including the rooms and the suites, which have a view of the temples and/or of the park of centuries old olive trees. All the rooms are well appointed for a comfortable stay. For important work meetings, product launches, press conferences, conventions and incentives, the hotel offers a spacious meeting room which satisfies every need with a striking view of a Greek cistern.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.

Simple And Fun Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.
