Alcohol possession or consumption is not allowed in Gujarat State, however, guest who are Non Residents of Gujarat can procure the Permit from designated place by completing the formalities as per local law for complete information please visit http://www.prohibition-excise.gujarat.gov.in. As per the Government of India’s security regulations, it is mandatory for all guests to show an identity proof (passport for foreigners) at the time of check-in, please do ensure that your guests are carrying this with them and as per local law hotel will take the photograph for Foreigners and Non Resident Indian carrying Foreign passport for check in records The management reserves the rights to add or alter or amend any of terms and condition and rules which are a part and an abstract of the Prevailing act.
Cancellation Policy
For Events only: If Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad is informed of the event being cancelled, .following cancellation fee will be applicable. This fee will be a percentage of the total estimated food and beverage expenses and will be on a sliding scale as follows: Between 120 days- 20 % of the Guaranteed Revenue Between 120 days and 80 days- 50% of total estimated billing inclusive of taxes Between 80 days and 30 days-80% of total estimated billing inclusive of taxes -Between 30 days and less-100% of total estimated billing inclusive of taxes For Groups: If Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad is advised that the entire event is partially or entirely cancelled, the following cancellation fee will be applicable. This fee will be a percentage of the total estimated room rental and food and beverage expenses and will be on a sliding scale as follows: Between 120 - 90 days-25 % of the Guaranteed Revenue Between 90 - 60 days-50 % of the Guaranteed Revenue Between 60 - 30 days-75 % of the Guaranteed Revenue Between 30 days and arrival-100 % of the Guaranteed Revenue
