In 2006, Julie was inducted into the BC Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier. Kevin was a standout alto saxophonist in elementary and middle school, then switched to tenor sax as an adult. Inspired by BB King’s killer horn section, Kevin began honing his skills playing the blues.
