Located just minutes from the center of Alghero, just 150 meters from the beautiful white sand beach resort of the same name, Hotel Villa Maria Pia features 15 cozy and bright rooms with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. A picturesque central courtyard dominates the interior of the villa, surrounded by large gardens that include bungalows and practical outdoor showers. Villa Maria Pia is ideal for a quiet holiday. Its location, surrounded by greenery, and its comfortable rooms allow our guests to spend an unforgettable stay in a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel also has a multipurpose room of 120 square meters, spacious and elegant, with the roof beams wooden beams dating back to its origins. The hall is suitable for meetings, exhibitions, seminars or any other special events.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
