The tasteful modern décor and elegant furnishings of the Angedras Restaurant are perfectly complemented by a welcoming atmosphere full of warmth and charm. Each table is an oasis of taste encircled by the breathtaking panorama of the Bay of Alghero, the magnificent Coral Riviera. In spring and summer dining is alfresco, on the bastioni – the imposing medieval ramparts overlooking the sea. Here everything begins with the scents, the colours of Sardinia, a rich and fertile land; this is the starting-point, the origin of the ideas that will form our dishes, simple and precious, and beautifully presented.
