In the picturesque Hampshire village of Old Alresford just 8 miles from Winchester, and only 6 miles from junction 10 on the M3, stands the 18th century former rectory Old Alresford Place. This historic house mixes period charm with a recently renovated interior to provide dedicated conference and training facilities. The elegant yet relaxed atmosphere is the ideal venue for a variety of receptions, functions, meetings and training days. It offers five distinct function and conference rooms that range in size and atmosphere, to suit any group, offering audio visual equipment and wireless internet access. Its newly refurbished residential facilities are also available for hire. All 15 en suite bedrooms are equipped with free internet access and flat screen TVs. Set amid the tranquil beauty of 5 acres of gardens and grounds, Old Alresford Place, offers a beautiful setting for wedding receptions, family events or other large functions. Its flexible approach to all bookings will ensure your event is exactly how you want it. The Old Dining Room can accommodate up to 60 people. However, by placing a marquee on the adjoining terrace the space is easily extended to allow up to 120 guests.
