Cancellation Policy
If the event is cancelled subsequent to confirming the booking, but prior to a date 60 days before the date of the event, a cancellation fee equal to the initial deposit is payable. If the event is cancelled less than 60 days prior to the event date, a cancellation fee equal to the initial deposit AND the second deposit is payable. If an event is cancelled, but subsequently re-booked for a date which is less than 6 months from the original event date, the above cancellation fees will be waived.
