Iowa State University-Conference Planning & Management is ideally located in Ames, Iowa. Conference Planning & Management offers complete planning and management services for a variety of events, including conferences, workshops, industry meetings, regional competitions, scientific symposia and youth events. Campus and Community facilities offer nearly 20 auditoriums housing 450-2700 attendees to meet the scope of all your events. These auditoriums offer a range of multi-media options, as well as experienced staffing in staging and full production needs. With more than 1,400 hotel rooms in close proximity to campus, we can facilitate all your lodging needs, both on and off campus. For meeting or event space, Iowa State University boasts a large range of academic and non-academic venues. Options include over 215 classrooms and lecture halls, a traditional conference center complex featuring 24 meeting rooms, 38,000 square feet of exhibit space, and two auditoriums.
