PAYMENT METHOD Room rates, breakfast and city tax will be paid by the company. Any additional costs will be paid by the individual guests upon departure. PAYMENT CONDITIONS For all of our hotel reservations we require a full prepayment of the expected costs. The payment schedule will be as followed. Deposit 1: 50% of the total amount 2 months prior to the first arrival date. Deposit 2: 50% of the total amount 2 weeks prior to the first arrival date. Upon signing the contract a proforma for the expected costs will be sent to the company.

The Bavinck meeting rooms are multi-functional as they can accommodate up to 134 guests, including: - High speed internet, wireless presentation - Natural daylight - Screen projector - Video teleconferencing
