Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Organiser Cancellation of the Event must be sent to the DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station in writing. The following cancellation charges for the reserved Event, accommodation, conference and guestrooms will apply if the entire Event is cancelled: - Between signage of the contract and 9 months prior to the event start date, 25% of the total estimated charges, as outlined in the billing section of the Agreement. - Between 9-6 months prior to the event start date, 50% of the total estimated charges, as outlined in the billing section of the Agreement. - Between 6-3 months prior to the event start date 75% of the total estimated charges, as outlined in the billing section of the Agreement. - Between 3 months - to the event start date 100% of the total estimated charges, as outlined in the billing section of the Agreement. Should the Organiser cancel a booking that has already been confirmed, all preparatory costs, particularly with respect to the rental of technical equipment, engagement of musicians, etc., will be charged in their entirety to the Organiser.
