当会場について

The Hotel “Relais du Foyer” is situated in the hearth of Valley Aosta, in Chatillon in Panorama 37 area, very near to Saint-Vincent. The privileged position offers to its Guests the possibility to quickly discover all the wonders of the Valley Aosta territory. The Relais du Foyer has got a relax area with gymnasium, sauna and mini swimming-pool. Furthermore, the guests have at their disposal tourist and Alpine guides, ski instructors and riding masters, medical personnel, masseurs, etc., that have an agreement with our hotel and offer very special conditions. The hotel has got a private garage with direct access and has no architectural barriers, so that also the displacement with disabled people and families with children are easier.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
