ALL SERVICES • Catering – All of the catering is handled by the culinary team at Loews Arlington Hotel • Event Planning & Management – Professional event planning services to assist with organizing and executing events seamlessly • Audio Visual – Encore is our in-house audio visual partner and a global leader in end-to-end event planning, creative, production and technology – no matter your every want and need. Encore also handles internet and connectivity services. • Destination Management – Loews Hotels & Co partners with 360 Destination Group for destination services. Some services they provide: event design and development, team building & CSR programs, entertainment, dining experiences, tours, décor, transportation, and hospitality staffing. • Business Center – For convenience, we have a UPS store located on the 2nd floor of the meeting space. Services include, but are not limited to: printing, shipping and receiving, parcel management, and secure package storage.
