Cancellation Policy
Failure to give 72 hours advanced notice for any changes to number of people or cancellations will result in a cancellation fee that varies depending on the location and type of event you are hosting plus gratuity. If the event you are hosting is a daytime, coursed luncheon, cancellation fees will be 50% of the price per head per person not in attendance based off of the final number given. If the event you are hosting is a daytime, a-la-carte luncheon, cancellation fees will be $15 per person not in attendance based off of the final number given. If the event you are hosting is an evening, coursed dinner, cancellation fees will be 50% of the price per head per person not in attendance based off of the final number given. If the event you are hosting is an evening, a-la-carte dinner, cancellation fees will be $25 per person not in attendance based off of the final number given. For lunch and dinner receptions, cancellation fees will include 50% of the total food cost. Charges for cancellation fees will be applied to the credit card provided on the contract.

The Cellar is composed of several flexible spaces. The Fireplace Lounge, consisting of booth seating and a wrap around bench, is the perfect place for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. The Main Cellar with a multi-tiered dining room and full service bar is perfect for larger groups. Behind glass french doors, The Burgundy Room, set with a long dinner table is perfect for small to medium groups. Finally, The Wine Cellar, is the perfect place for a once in a lifetime dinner, sitting among our vast selection of wine.
