Het Sheraton Athlone Hotel is sinds de opening in 2008 hard op weg een van de belangrijkste conferentiebestemmingen van Ierland te worden. Het hotel is gebouwd en ontworpen met het oog op de conferentiemarkt en leent zich voor verschillende soorten vergaderingen en evenementen om aan de eisen van de organisatoren te voldoen. Elk evenement dat in het Sheraton Athlone Hotel wordt georganiseerd, zal profiteren van het ervaren conferentiecoördinatieteam dat zich zal inspannen om aan al uw behoeften te voldoen, in de aanloop naar en tijdens het evenement zelf. De deelnemers kunnen zich verheugen op de uitstekende en persoonlijke service die het Sheraton garandeert. Met een centrale locatie en een keuze uit 11 ruime en flexibele conferentiesuites is contact maken met collega's en medewerkers nog nooit zo eenvoudig geweest als in het Sheraton Athlone Hotel. De ruime faciliteiten bieden plaats aan maximaal 1.200 deelnemers en omvatten geavanceerde conferentieapparatuur, breedbandinternet, gratis WiFi-connectiviteit in het hele hotel en een zeer professioneel en efficiënt conferentie- en banketteam dat ervoor zal zorgen dat alle conferenties die in het Sheraton worden gehouden een succes worden. Al onze vergaderruimten bevinden zich ver van de hoofdweg van het hotel en bieden rustige ruimte voor de genodigden. Onze grootste banketsuite, Hoey Suite, biedt plaats aan 630 deelnemers en wordt aangevuld met breakout-rooms op Meet on Level 2. Meet on Level 2 beschikt over een buitenterras op het dak, ideaal voor een verfrissing, buitenactiviteiten en barbecues.

Athlone Castle heropende zijn deuren voor het publiek in 2012 na een renovatie van meerdere miljoenen euro's om het kasteel om te toveren tot een ultramoderne, multisensorische bezoekerservaring. Dit Normandische kasteel dateert uit de 13e eeuw. Het kasteel domineert de stad en stond centraal tijdens het beleg van Athlone in 1691. As a solo artist, Kevin was the featured entertainer at UC San Diego’s commencement ceremony in front of 7000 people, and has played The Aventine La Jolla, Mission Bay Yacht Club, The Thursday Club, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar, Bernardo Winery, University Club, Kona Kai Resort, Cafe 21, The Prado in Balboa Park, Tipsy Crow, Mesa College Art Gallery, Del Mar Fair,Liberty Station, and Coronado Landing. Kevin was a standout alto saxophonist in elementary and middle school, then switched to tenor sax as an adult.
