A new tide is rolling in.  One Ocean Resort & Spa is currently undergoing an exciting transformation, debuting in Spring of 2026.  During this journey, enhancements will be made to each of the 193 accommodations and to the 10,000 square feet of versatile function space.  Located oceanfront on the pristine sands of Atlantic Beach, Florida, this project will include a completely reimagined dining experience, an update to the full-service luxury spa, and some added experiences that will please the most discerning of guests.  The property will remain operational through the transformation and the team is committed to providing comfort and minimizing any disruption.  While some outlets and spaces will be temporarily pausing service, the One Ocean Café will continue serving favorites and our team will be happy to arrange exceptional local experiences.  Additional information and details will be provided as we progress toward the launch date in Spring of 2026.
