Addison Texas plays host to the original U.S. location of Fogo de Chão. The dining area seats 300 guests and offers semiprivate areas that can accommodate parties up to 130. While awaiting their table, patrons can enjoy conversation and cocktails at our lively bar, enjoy a view to the vast wine cellar and grand white Carrara Market Table. Differentiated menus are offered for all dayparts including lunch, dinner, weekend brunch and group dining, plus full-service catering and contactless takeout and delivery options.

Our Katy restaurant is located in a premier dining location on W Grand Parkway. The restaurant features an open churrasco grill giving guests a 360-degree view of gaucho chefs demonstrating the culinary art of churrasco as they butcher, prepare and grill high-quality cuts of protein over an open flame. Additional highlights to enhance the guest experience include an expansive dining room centered around a fresh and seasonal Market Table anchored at the front of the grill, dry aged meat lockers for in-house aging and a lively indoor Bar Fogo area, ideal for smaller, shareable plates and craft cocktails.

La Corsha Hospitality Group is an Austin, Texas-based management and consulting company. The company was founded in early 2006 by 40-year hotel industry veteran Jeff Trigger. The La Corsha name honors Trigger's two daughters, Coralee and Shannon. Trigger and his associates have an extensive background that specializes in operating luxury hotels, restoring and repositioning historic properties, and developing independent restaurants and bars. Examples of their work include downtown Austin's Driskill Hotel; Dallas’ Mansion on Turtle Creek, Hotel Adolphus, and Stoneleigh Hotel and Spa; San Antonio’s Saint Anthony Hotel; Big Spring’s Hotel Settles; and Marfa’s Hotel Saint George and La Venture Restaurant. La Corsha’s restaurant development Congress Austin, introduced the renowned 5-Star restaurant, Congress; critically acclaimed Bar Congress; and Austin’s iconic hot-spot Second Bar + Kitchen. Its most recent projects include the restored Mattie’s at Green Pastures (Austin) in 2017, the restored Stagecoach Inn (Salado) in 2018, The East Austin Hotel along with its signature restaurant and rooftop bar in 2019, and The Crazy Water Hotel (Mineral Wells) in 2022.
