Cancellation Policy
Advance/Non-Refundable Rates: These reduced rates are non-refundable; no exceptions. Single Room Bookings: Charged 5 days prior. 50% refund if cancelled after that; no refund within 24 hours. Multiple Room Bookings: Charged 14 days prior. 50% refund if cancelled after that; no refund within 24 hours. Special Event Dates (SXSW, ACL, F1, UT Graduation): Full payment at booking, non-refundable. Group Bookings and Full Hotel Buyouts: A non-refundable deposit of $500 per night, per property, is required to confirm your reservation. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund. No refund within 2 weeks of arrival date.
Additional details
Adults-only (18+). Primary registered guest must be 21+ to check in. To ensure a seamless arrival, guests are required to complete secure virtual registration by submitting a valid ID, a selfie, a credit card, and acknowledge hotel policies. This must be completed prior to arrival as we do not have a front desk; access to the property is not possible without it. Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 11 AM.

At Frame Hotel, we’ve eliminated single-use plastics to reduce waste and create a more sustainable, thoughtful guest experience.
