Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be submitted to TCEA in writing. The following cancellation policy will apply: - 30 days prior to the event date: 25% of the total rental fee will be retained by TCEA. - 14-29 days prior to event date: 50% of the total rental fee will be retained by TCEA. - 0-13 days prior to the first date of the event: No refunds will be granted to cancellations received 13 days or less from the first day of the event.

Event insurance may be required.

Facility restrictions

Special events involving liability concerns must be approved by TCEA staff. In-house catering services are not provided, but client has the option to choose from any local caterer for the group's needs.

Additional information

The TCEA Conference Center hosts groups of 1 to 250 comfortably with functional and multi-use space. To keep your event costs within budget, our Conference Services Coordinator will help you choose from any caterer locally without any regulations and provide discounted beverage services throughout your event.
