His unparalleled musicianship offers dynamic performances ranging from soft acoustic instrumentals to mid-tempo acoustic guitar with vocals all the way to upbeat dance floor top 40’s with electric guitar, making him an incredibly versatile performer that can be a unique alternative to a DJ or having to hire several musicians for different parts of an event. He is able to perform wirelessly, walking around while performing, interacting with the crowd, and raising the energy of the room. Dylan has an extensive history in music, including recording at the legendary East West Studios, where Elvis, The Beatles, U2, and Harry Styles also recorded. He’s recorded with Hans Zimmer’s first violinist, Dua Lipa’s cellist, and frequently performs with Cindy Lauper’s keyboard player. The foundation of our product line is the renowned artwork of local artist David Crighton, who has been capturing the essence of your city through his memorable images since 1973. We have recently added two new artists to our platform and have plans for continued expansion along the same these for other cities in North America.

Upon entering the restaurant, guests have a panoramic view of the dining room featuring an open kitchen window to showcase our gaucho chefs at the churrasqueria grill. The main dining room is anchored by a white Carrara Market Table and our signature bas-relief interpretation of Antonio Carigni’s O Lacador statue, the embodiment of the gaucho culture. The Irvine location also features a contemporary bar with lounge seating and California design influence, elegant private dining room and expansive patio with al fresco dining options.
