Facilities at Ayr Racecourse make it the biggest conference center in Scotland outside a major city. The Princess Royal Conference, Banqueting & Exhibition Centre offers 11 suites situated over four floors. The largest Suite can cater for up to 1000 delegates in theater style or 800 for a Banquet. Whether your event is for 1000 delegates for a conference or 10 for your annual board meeting our dedicated staff are committed and will work with you to achieve the maximum from your event. We have in total of 11 meeting facilities which can be hired for corporate events, meetings and other functions. We provide the best facilities for successful events.
