6 pm (individual travelers), special conditions for groups & meetings We will allow the following free of charge cancellations regarding your meeting capacities: Until 16 weeks prior to event start – 100% of services booked Until 10 weeks prior to event start – 35% of services booked Until 8 weeks prior to event start – 15% of services booked Any alterations have to be made in a written form. In case of No-Shows or later cancellations 90% of the agreed services per person will be charged.
