Fruits and vegetables come from the nearby organic farm belonging to the Batani Family and confer each culinary creation of the Chef a genuine and wholesome taste. Fish lovers will appreciate instead the numerous proposals stolen from the sailors’ culinary tradition. For groups, the Miramonti Hotel Chef has concocted special proposals with ad hoc menus for business lunches, banquets or gala dinners in a comfortable and inviting setting. The conference room can hold up to 150 people and is ideal for company meeting, conventions and seminars.
