The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort is pleased to share an exciting enhancement journey, representing a $25 million soft renovation designed to elevate the timeless luxury and modern glamour of our iconic oceanfront sanctuary. Guestrooms & Suites Our transformation begins within our suites, where new custom-designed carpets have already been installed in both rooms and corridors. By the end of December, all suites will be fully refreshed. This includes: Newly curated furnishings, including bespoke chairs and sofas Updated drapery and sheers with upgraded motorized systems Enhanced outdoor living spaces with new balcony furniture and cushions Refinishing of in-room woodwork to restore its original luster La Gourmandise & Outdoor Terrace La Gourmandise now features beautifully updated carpeting, with a full redesign of the adjacent outdoor terrace underway. The existing turf is being replaced with an elegant new tile pattern, complemented by refreshed furnishings. Completion is anticipated by the end of 2026. Ocean View & Astor Ballrooms Our Ocean View Ballroom has been completely revitalized with: New wall coverings and architectural finishes Updated doors and drapery A sophisticated lighting and ceiling redesign Luxurious carpeting throughout The Astor Ballroom will also receive new carpet by April, completing its elevated new look. Spa Transformation By the end of January, our Spa will unveil its serene new aesthetic, featuring: New carpeting and exquisite marble flooring Updated treatment equipment Refreshed staff uniforms to enhance the guest experience St. Regis Bar The St. Regis Bar will receive refined enhancements including new outdoor decorative tile and updated furnishings designed to complement its iconic ambiance. Pools & Oceanfront Experience To enhance our poolside haven, we have introduced: Brand-new umbrellas with an exclusive design New sun loungers arriving by the end of January Updated villa furnishings, including loungers, tables, and chairs, by the end of March Meeting & Event Venues All ballrooms and conference spaces will be fully refreshed by the first quarter, ensuring an inspiring environment for gatherings of every scale. Our banquet experience is also being elevated with new chairs, bars, and event tables.
