Deposits are non-refundable and will be used to cover the cancellation policy. TOTAL CANCELLATION A total cancellation before event date will have the following penalties: 4.1.1 Accommodation and meeting rooms, when the cancellation is received: • More than 90 days prior to arrival, cancellation fee is the deposits paid. • From 89/60 days prior to arrival, penalty will be the 30% of the updated contracted services. • From 59/45 days prior to arrival penalty will be the 40% of the updated contracted services. • From 44/30 days prior to arrival, penalty will be the 50% of the updated contracted services. • From 29/15 days prior to arrival, penalty will be the 75% of the updated contracted services. • Less than 14 days prior to arrival, penalty will be the 100% of the updated contracted services.
