FAMILY PLAN POLICY Children 12 years of age and under sleep free in existing bedding when shared with a paying adult. A maximum of 2 adults and 2 children are allowed in Deluxe Rooms, Garden Access Rooms, Pool View Rooms and Pool Access Rooms. A maximum of 2 adults and 3 children are allowed in larger Executive Rooms, Towers Rooms, Towers Cabana and Suites. Rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges. GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly. LATE CHECKOUT POLICY A fee of 50% of the nightly room rate is applied for late checkouts between 12pm and 4pm. A fee of one night is applied for late checkouts after 4pm. Advanced notice is required and late checkouts are subject to availability. PET POLICY Pets are not allowed. VISA/PASSPORT POLICY Passport must be valid for at least 6 months prior to the date of entry. Visitors may also require a visa. Check local immigration offices for visa requirements.
