Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for group. In the event of cancellations based on number of guest guaranteed the hotel should be notified in writing according to the following schedules and guidelines: * Notice of less than 30 days prior to arrival date or the function date, A 50% of cancellation fee will be applied to the company based on the total revenue. * Notice of less than 21 days prior to arrival date or the function date, A 75% of cancellation fee will be applied to the company based on the total revenue. * Notice of less than 14 days prior to arrival date or the function date, A 100% of cancellation fee will be applied to the Company based on the total revenue. Individual booking: The cancellation must be made 3 days before arrival date in writing via E-mail: reservations@arnoma.com. Any cancellation of less than 3 days / or NO-SHOW on arrival date, (1) one night room charge will be automatically applied to each guest credit card / or company.
