Monument Hotel is er trots op dat er twee restaurants met een Michelin-ster zijn: Oria* en Lasarte***, die samen in totaal 4 Michelin-sterren hebben gekregen onder leiding van Martín Berasategui, de meest bekroonde chef-kok van Spanje.
