Alle kinderen zijn welkom. Eén kind tot 2 jaar mag gratis in de kamer verblijven wanneer er gebruik wordt gemaakt van de reeds aanwezige bedden. Er is geen ruimte voor extra bedden in de kamer. Op de dag van aankomst geeft de reserveringsbevestiging recht op een gratis openbaar vervoer naar het hotel vanaf de EuroAirport (buslijn 50, tram 2) of vanaf de treinstations van Basel (tramlijnen 1, 2, 6, 14 — haltes „Clarastrassse” en „Wettsteinplatz” met het openbaar vervoer in de TNW-zones 10, 11, 15 en 13.
