About us
Restaurant Besenstiel is located in Basel, Switzerland. For events with up to a few hundred guests, we can put the theatre lounge at your disposal on days with no performance, including catering. In all modesty, it will be hard to find a more generous, more extravagant and more central room than this. If you prefer to organize an aperitif in a smaller room seating up to 30 guests, we strongly recommend our stylish Besenstiel-Bar, situated right next to the restaurant. To suit your event, we can organize and prepare anything according to your wishes, from finger food to multiple-course meals, from first-class beer to top-quality wines and our speciality Gin&Tonic. Our Silver Saloon, situated on the first floor above the restaurant, where you can celebrate birthdays, weddings and other anniversaries, business events and Christmas dinners or simply celebrate life. The room can be rented starting from a minimum of 12 people to a maximum of 60.
