Facility Restrictions

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1. WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge. Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs CHF 25 per day. Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

For a stay of 1 - 3 nights free cancellation till 1 day prior arrival 2pm (late cancellation or noshow 1 night fee), for a stay 4 - 9 nights free cancellation till 3 days prior arrival 2pm (late cancellation or noshow 2 nights fee), for a stay 10 - 27 nights free cancellation till 7 days prior arrival 2pm (late cancellation or noshow 4 nights fee) and for a stay 28+nights free cancellation till 10 days prior arrival 2pm (late cancellation or noshow 6 nights fee)

On the day of arrival, the confirmation of reservation entitles the holder to a free public transfer to the hotel from the EuroAirport (bus line 50, tram 2) or from Basel’s railway stations (tram lines 1, 2, 6, 14 – stops „Clarastrassse“ and „Wettsteinplatz“ using public transport in the TNW zones 10, 11, 15 and 13. Cleaning Info: For stays from 1-7 nights you have no cleaning service during your stay, for a stay from 8 nights a weekly cleaning is included. You can order an additional cleaning for an additional fee. End cleaning on departure included.
