About us
Nestled in beautiful rural Bedfordshire, Woburn Forest is a truly unique setting for conferences, meetings and corporate events, just an hour from London and near to Flitwick Station. You’ll find everything you need, all in one place - a variety of versatile meeting and event spaces at The Venue, a wide range of team building activities, shops and restaurants, Aqua Sana Forest Spa and luxury onsite accommodation - all in 300 acres of stunning woodland where you can spot wildlife including deer, hedgehogs and lizards. Following a recent £2.5m transformation, The Venue’s new design concept brings the outdoors in, with décor and furnishings inspired by the natural world. Our conference centre in the forest can accommodate up to 600 people, and features eight suites with removable walls. These can be used individually or as one large space, making it suitable for events both large and small. It features an outdoor terrace, reception area, bar and cloakroom, free super-fast WiFi and a state-of-the-art AV system with bespoke lighting and digital screens for fully customisable events. You’ll also find dedicated events car parking as well as EV charging points. With a wide range of team building activities, there’s something for everyone – from adrenaline-fuelled adventures and watersports on the lake to calm and creative activities. Facility Restrictions
Due to restrictions imposed by local authorities, we are limited to the number of non-residential guests we are allowed on site on any given day. Maximum of 249 day delegates are allowed on site on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Maximum of 49 day delegates are allowed on site on Mondays and Fridays.
