1. Fire Safety: Open‑flame candles, fireworks, pyrotechnics and any burning devices are forbidden inside premises. Fog machines, dry‑ice, confetti cannons, incense must obtain prior written approval from hotel management. All event layouts, decorations and stage builds must comply with local fire‑department regulations, maintaining clear fire exits & emergency aisles. 2. Noise Control: Excessive noise disturbing other hotel guests is not permitted. Amplified sound and live performances shall be lowered after 22:00. Hotel reserves the right to request volume reduction. 3. Decoration & Rigging: No nails, screws, staples or strong adhesive tapes on walls, floors and ceiling surfaces. Ceiling‑hanging rigging must be completed by hotel‑authorized vendors only. 4. F&B Policy: Outside food and beverage is not permitted without hotel pre‑approval. 5. Pet Policy: Pets are prohibited within hotel premises, except official service animals. 6. Event load‑in / load‑out hours are subject to hotel availability. Additional charges may apply for overtime usage of function space.

Yes, Hilton is committed to reducing waste across our portfolio. All of our hotels were required to remove plastic straws, stir sticks and cocktail picks in 2019, and we are currently transitioning from individual bath toiletries to full-size dispensers.
