The design of Yanqi Hotel is inspired by the Chinese philosophy - ‘Man – Nature’ coordination and the value of modern China - ‘China – World’ interaction. The mountain view from the guestrooms and the view ‘looking out’ to the marina, shows intimate interaction with the natural surroundings. From the roof, the wall and the inside yard, the traditional Chinese courtyard concept plays into all the details to enhance the guest experience of space, ray of light and the most coalescing of Yanqi Lake. Yanqi Hotel also showcases a water stage, where a host of events and activities takes place throughout the year. **Conference Center The 14,069 square meters of meeting facilities including the 8,277-square-metre Conference Centre and ample out-door event space amidst beautifully landscaped natural gardens, offer the largest comprehensive and luxurious multifunctional event space in mainland China amongst international-brand MICE resorts. The Conference Centre’s architecture draws inspiration from the Han and Tang Dynasties and the blue roof symbolises the ‘Temple of Heaven’ (QiNianDian). Be it hosting a meeting or staging a global summit, the 1,850-square-metre Kempinski Grand Ballroom accommodates up to 1,400 delegates, while the 1,000-square-meters Yanqi Lake Grand Ballroom accommodates up to 750 delegates in a theatre set-up.
