About us

Element Fresh - The Village At Sanlitun is located on the 3rd floor with a large balcony facing the San Li Tun bar. Our venue has become Beijing’s most lively dining destination. Element Fresh grew out of Scott Minoie's and Sheldon Habiger's lifelong passion for food. At Element Fresh, we believe that good nutrition, great taste and a fun time go together just fine.
