Discover The Majestic Ballroom Conveniently located at the beautifully landscaped corner of North Forest and East Maple Street, The Majestic is the perfect venue for any occasion, formal or casual. Upon entering this historical landmark, you are greeted by a spacious room with high ceilings, beautiful architectural detail, and a Steinway Grand Piano, all resting on over 4,400 square feet of oak flooring, plenty of room for special gatherings, great music, and dancing. This classically elegant hall can accommodate up to 350 guests for dining events, and up to 500 people seated theater style. An abundance of private rooms are available for event preparations, meetings, storage, and changing.

You’ll have the best seat in the house while cruising aboard the classic 42′ Grand Banks yacht, the Rainbird. The Rainbird is meticulously maintained and cared for, and shows it throughout. The vessel offers comfort throughout with comfortable seating in the deck area, a fly bridge deck gives you a second floor viewing area for entertaining and taking in the incredible views of Seattle’s awesome sunsets, and a lounge below-deck to get out of the wind, if desired, with refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave. There are also two staterooms, each with its own ‘head’ and shower. The master stateroom has a center island queen bed with an office desk. The forward stateroom offers double twin-size beds in a v-berth layout. The Rainbird is centrally located, close to downtown Seattle, Lake Union, U of W, and Lake Washington.
