Le Revival Bar & Kitchen est le plus récent ajout au mouvement de la ferme à la table à Berkeley. Nos aliments sont locaux et proviennent de sources responsables, en mettant l'accent sur des ingrédients biologiques et durables. Nous appliquons une philosophie alimentaire de la racine à la pousse, du museau à la queue, en utilisant des animaux entiers et des légumes pour que notre menu soit à la fois superbement savoureux et économe en ressources.
