Romantik Hotel Friedrich von Schiller ligt aan de prachtige markt in de oude binnenstad van Bietigheim en biedt al vier generaties lang modern comfort onder een historisch dak. Burkhard Schork serveert een schat aan regionale en seizoensgebonden verse gerechten. We maken ook onze eigen 'Wurst'-producten volgens onze eigen tradities. Onze themakamers zijn geïnspireerd op Schiller. Bekroonde wijnkaart met 1.400 wijnen om uit te kiezen.
