Melting Pot, the world’s largest fondue franchise, was founded in 1975 in Maitland, Florida. Today, the brand has 97 locations in 31 U.S. states and Canada. Additionally, there are more locations in development. Best known for its one-of-a-kind fondue dining experience, Melting Pot, which is an affiliate of the Tampa-based restaurant management company Front Burner Brands, offers a variety of cheese fondues, unique entrées, salads and unforgettable chocolate fondue desserts for every occasion.

The Formosa first opened its doors IN LOS ANGELES in 1939: making its new debut in its 80th year. Located across from the then-Samuel Goldwyn studio, stars like Frank Sinatra, Humphrey Bogart, James Dean, and Elvis Presley would pop into the legendary Formosa Cafe regularly for dining and drinks. On any given day, patrons might have seen Ava Gardner dancing past the old, red leather booths, or John Wayne nursing a late-night scotch (he was caught making scrambled eggs in our kitchen one morning, after reportedly passing out in a booth the night before). Among the interior design restorations is the full reveal of the iconic and original red trolley car, dating back to 1904 and is confirmed to be the oldest surviving red train car in existence. Boxes of autographed celebrity photos and storage units of original memorabilia have made their way back into the Cafe.

Wine Country Trekking provides guided hikes in the beautiful wine country of California including Napa and Sonoma Valleys. These experiences include walking in the vineyards, amongst ancient redwood trees and oak groves with a curated wine country lunch and visits to iconic wineries for superb wine tasting experiences. In addition to our guided day hikes we provide luxury self-guided inn-to-in walking vacations from the gateway City of San Francisco to the California wine country with a focus on superb hiking, lodging, food and wine. We also have a Monterey Bay Trek.

Fogo San Diego resides in the historic Gaslamp Quarter allowing guests to discover what’s next at every turn. This internationally renowned restaurant welcomes guests into an expansive dining room seating 270 and offers al fresco dining on the patio. Our third restaurant in Los Angeles County is located just minutes from Manhattan Beach and Manhattan Village, a premier shopping and dining destination in Southern California. The El Segundo location features a white Carrara Market Table and an open churrasco grill showcasing our gaucho chefs practicing the culinary art of churrasco: expertly butchering, fire-roasting, and carving meats tableside. This location also features a stylish marble exterior, soaring windows, modern chandeliers, natural wood paneling and rich furnishing colors that pay homage to our Brazilian heritage. Additional highlights to enhance the guest experience include a glass-encased wine room displaying many of South America’s finest varietals, and a dry-aged meat locker for in-house aging.
