Additional details
Conference Aston is a limited company of Aston University in Birmingham and offers hotel, conference and meeting facilities on the city centre university campus. Although it is part of a university, Conference Aston Hotel and Meeting Suites are available to hire for day meetings, residential conferences and corporate banqueting and events, throughout the year. They operate as a commercial limited company, purpose built for the events industry. During the summer, in addition to the year round offer, Aston University's teaching and accommodation facilities are available to hire from June to September, increasing the bedstock by 800 ensuite rooms, largest meeting capacity to 650 and the number of function rooms to over 70. Please note: Due to the current Covid situation, changes have been made to ensure we are Covid-secure and following the latest government advise. This includes reduced meeting space capacities so the social distancing rules can be followed, one way walking systems and the closure of some facilities including the bar and restaurant to hotel guests.
