One of a wide range of hotels in Bormio, the Palace Hotel stands out as an elite hotel offering excellent facilities and comforts; with a wide variety of services on offer and an efficient, friendly staff, the Palace Hotel is the ideal place to spend your holiday. Our hotel offers 80 well lit, elegantly furnished rooms in a variety of styles and colour schemes. The Palace Hotel offers two fully equipped meeting rooms: ‘Zeta’ and ‘Palace’ where two separate meetings can be held at the same time. Each room is different, according to the type of meeting being held. Our warm, welcoming dining room is the ideal place to taste regional, national and international dishes, to satisfy even the most sophisticated palate.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
