Cancellations for a hotel room reservation must be received 24 hours prior to 6:00 pm the day of arrival, local time, and may differ by arrival date and room type. If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, the Hotel will charge for one night's accommodation.

Yes, We are committed to eliminating single use plastics from the guest experience. All of our hotels have taken significant steps to remove plastics, including water bottles, miniature bathroom toiletries, and plastic F&B items.

Yes, Bed linens, terry bagged and sealed before being transported to be laundered between guests. Soiled linen removed before clean linens brought into room. Room attendants wear and change gloves regularly, including after touching soiled linens.
