Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made in the period of 7-14 working days will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the room hire cost including equipment and VAT.Cancellations made 7 working days or closer to the event will incur a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the room hire,excluding equipment and VAT.
