Bakchus, a historical wine cellar built in the 17th century, marks a rare resurrection of a long gone classic wine cellar that produced not only wines, but also 100,000 liters of sparkling wines a year. Today though, the wine making has ceased. Bakchus has been completely renovated, but retained its ambiance of a traditional Slovak wine cellar with all modern conveniences, an ideal place for intimate gatherings with family and friends, private parties, business lunches and corporate events. We invite you to join us in our fine selection of traditional Slovak cuisine complemented with authentic treasures from the Indian subcontinent, skilfully prepared by our Indian chefs. Bakchus, an ideal place to sit back, unwind and discover a truly unique gastronomic experience in a historical setting.
